Small update ... photos coming soon

For the past two weeks, I've been concentrating all my energy on finishing a custom dragon mobile for one of my dearest friends. He commissioned it last year for a 30th birthday gift, and it's taken me 13 months to get it going. I'm now in the final stages of battling physics as the third and largest dragon won't balance properly. I'm eager to share photos and notes on the project, but it will probably take me at least another week or so before I have anything to post.

In the meantime, Natalie's been creating more scrapbook pages all by herself, and I recently purchased an easel for her (my best thrift-store find to date!)...

I'm also gearing up for Easter and experimenting with creating felt-flower hair clips for all the girlies in my life (and maybe even some for me, too)...

The. Dragon. Mobile. Is. Amazing.

It's seriously one of the coolest things ever created out of paper--including books. I was totally blown away by the gift, which is now hanging over my writing desk, waiting to inspire me.

Thanks, Andrea!
